There are no additional fees to administer medication.

Requirements for private boarding:

Be approved at your Meet and Greet appointment, which is done in advance (not within 10 days prior to your pet's stay). Why? See FAQs.

All dogs must be altered (spayed or neutered).

All dogs must be up to date on vaccines, fecals and flea/tick medications.

All dogs: take montly heartworm meds, housebroken and get along with other dogs (all sizes!!!!!).Heartworm and flea/tick preventative needs to be given year round for optimal protection.

Dogs must not have a high prey drive ie., never killed any animals such as a rabbit, raccoon, cat etc. Chasing after a squirrel or other wild animals in yard is acceptable as long as your dog has never injured it. Dogs who chase after rabbits in their yard usually do not have the slightest interest in a caged rabbit.

Vaccine certificates and other documents: A valid rabies certificate is a MUST! This is a legal document. The form must have a veterinarian's license number as required by law. All vaccine certificates must be legible. No vaccine forms from "vaccine clinics" are valid as they are not able to be easily read, they are easily altered, vaccine clinics do not keep record of vaccines so they are unverified and usually the forms have errors on them. The certificate needs to be printed from your animal hospital's office. Your pet must receive vaccines and have a valid client/patient relationship with a vet's office to stay here. Vaccine certificates must be faxed directly from your vet's office, not from your home. Why? See FAQs. A copy of an invoice for heartworm and flea/tick preventive needs to show that you keep your pet on year round heartwom and flea/tick preventative.  Why? See FAQs.
